What is the difference between “legal advice” and “power of attorney”?

Many people confuse providing legal advice with appointing a lawyer to plead, and here we explain the difference:

Legal advice: It is a written or oral legal opinion provided by a lawyer based on his experience to correctly understand your legal situation.

Judicial power of attorney: is granting the lawyer the legal authority to plead on your behalf before the courts or official authorities.

In our office, we are keen to explain the difference to the client from the beginning, so that he can choose what suits his condition accurately and consciously.
